Progress Reports
The first phase of the CBDC operated as a networking organization under
the umbrella of a Globa l Coordinating Unit (GCU) with head
quarters in Chile.
Regional programs in South-East Asia, Africa and Latin America consisted
of four national programs each, including one partner organization serving
as the Regional Coordinating Unit (RCU). A Program Coordinating
Committee (PCC) was responsible for overseeing total program progress and
interactions between partners. The links below lead to the final
