Dear CBDC friends and partners,

I am pleased to share with you all this news, which is part of international development reality. I have resigned from USC-Canada after almost fourteen years of continued service. This decision will be effective on 21 May 2004.

I have accepted to coordinate a Research-Development project of ICRISAT. It is about Arabic Gum Tree based in Niamey-Niger, funded by USAID. I am sure that I will miss you all. I am also sure that our paths will cross sometime and somewhere. Warm Regards,
